Is shopping with you secure?
Yes, shopping with me is 100% secure. I take this very seriously and I know how some people are reluctant to give their details online. I'd like to reassure you that PayPal's server is completely secure and at no point are your card details seen or kept on file by me.

How much will delivery be?
I offer free UK mainland delivery for all items that are selected at checkout as 2nd class delivery. If you require 1st class there is an additional fee of £3.99. For recorded delivery items or those outside the UK then you will need to email me with your order for a quote.
How long does delivery take?

What if I have a question before ordering?
No problem. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions before placing an order. If you find it easier you can order via contacting me with your requirement and when you are happy we can send you a link to the Fox On The Hill Crafts PayPal account to make a payment.

How can I pay for my order?
All payments are made via PayPal, the world's leading online payment service. PayPal allows you to pay with all major debit and credit cards. If you are requiring a bespoke item that needs personalisation then please make sure on the PayPal payments page you leave a "note to seller" with your details. Once your payment has been accepted you will be taken back to my website.
You can also pay via our Ebay page here as well as read some of my positive feedback. Again, all payments via Ebay are made through PayPal.
I've made a mistake with my order?
Unfortunately due to the nature of many of my items being bespoke i.e. tailored to your individual requirements, I cannot cancel any orders once they have been paid for. As I pride myself on rapid dispatch times I start work on all orders as soon as they are received, meaning that it is too late for any cancellation. I do of course replace or refund any faulty or damaged goods as required by law.
