Is shopping with you secure?
Yes, shopping with me is 100% secure. I take this very seriously and I know how some people are reluctant to give their details online. I'd like to reassure you that PayPal's server is completely secure and at no point are your card details seen or kept on file by me.

How much will delivery be?
I offer free UK mainland delivery for all items that are selected at checkout as 2nd class delivery. If you require 1st class there is an additional fee of £3.99. I do not delivery outside of the UK but you can still purchase the 'print only' (see below).
Can I purchase the 'Print Only'?
I can offer to e-mail you the print only and you can be responsible for printing and finding a suitable frame. The cost of an A4 print is £11.99 and A2 is £14.99. This also applies to customers within the UK who might prefer this option. This is often a good option for customers outside of the UK who would save the cost of postage. Please contact me via the form on the website or inbox me on the Facebook Page for this option.

What if I have a question before ordering?
No problem. Please do not hesitate to contact me prior to ordering. If easier you can contact me with your requirement and when you are happy I can direct you a link to the Fox On The Hill Crafts website.

How can I pay for my order?
All orders are via the website and payments via PayPal, the world's leading online payment service. PayPal allows you to pay with all major debit and credit cards. Once your payment has been accepted you will be re-directed back to a confirmation page on my website where there is a quick and easy personalisation form to complete. If easier you can e-mail these details to me.
I've made a mistake with my order?
If you realise you have made an error with your order please contact me asap as I start to process it very soon thereafter. If you have selected the wrong item or the personalisation details were incorrect then contact me and I can make a note of it on my order sheet.
